Meet Ryan Rossier
Our founder on why he coaches, and what fitness has taught him.
At 13, Ryan broke his tibia and fibula. The plate in his leg became infected, and at one point his doctor told him amputation was on the table. He went to school day after day on crutches, sometimes in a wheelchair, and spent long enough feeling different that he started to believe it.
Lifting weights is how he built himself back up. The muscle came slowly and the confidence came with it, along with a routine to work toward and the sense of purpose that structure gives you.
After years in the fitness industry and hundreds of clients, Ryan knows that wanting to change your body can go a lot deeper than appearance. Every plan we build starts with your story.
“Going through those setbacks and injuries at such a young age taught me not to take my health for granted.”

If any of this sounds familiar, we would like to hear your story.
